Cooperteam Archive onDB

The Archive OnDB (Cooperteam) module computerizes archiving of e-mails of users to one or multiple archive databases on a Domino server.

At certain time intervals (e.g. every six months) all a-mails that are more than one year old are transferred to the archive database. If this doesn't exist yet, it will be automatically created and a link will appear in the user's inbox to facilitate access to the archives

One database will be created every year. Furthermore, the system analyses the volume of incoming and outgoing messages, maintaining an acceptable reaction times.
