With RTE SMS, you can send instant text messages directly from your computer, your mailbox or data system to any mobile phone.

This way, you can send written information to an employee who is traveling on official business without interrupting.

You also receive automatic notifications from your company's data system.

	An instrument for instant communication
	Sending a text message with RTE SMS is as easy as sending an e-mail. You write your text message in your RTE SMS interface or in your mailbox (Lotus Notes, Outlook, SMTP). You can enter your correspondent's phone number manually or select from your e-mail contacts. RTE SMS also allows you to send mailings in text message format by using your mailing lists etc. Whether your text message is sent to one or multiple recipients, they receive your message instantly.
	Leading functionality
	Thanks to message management tools, you can forward an e-mail or a meeting from your mailbox to your mobile phone, including the sender or title of your message. Longer text messages (over 160 characters) are automatically split and sent in several standard messages. You can also edit your text message's priority, choose its sending speed (immediately or postponed) and select your message's destiny (mobile phone screen, phone/SIM memory).
